Period of Warranty and Product Liability


Warranty period of this product is 180 days from manufacturing code. We guarantee to give a replacement in case of cells with defects proven due to the manufacturing process instead of abuse and misuse by the customers,  
otherwise, the company are not promised free replacement.


Storage


The cell shall be stored in the clean and dry ventilation room at the temperature of -5
28 and shall be kept out of fire or heat and avoid touching corrosion elements. The cell should be stored with 10%~30% charged condition. We recommend that cells should be charged about once per half a year to prevent over-discharge.


Shipment Requirement


The cell should be packed in cartons under the condition of 30%SOC and at the temperature of -5
28 charged for shipment. The violent vibration, impaction or squeezing should be avoided in the transport process; Avoid to be exposed to the sun and rain. The cells shall be shipped by normal transportation such as by road, by 
train, by ocean or by air.
