Customized 12.8V58Ah lifepo4 battery packs and ER14505 battery cells to Taiwan

We are excited to announce the successful shipment of 3pcs customized 12.8V58Ah lifepo4 battery packs and 100pcs ER14505 3.6V1800mAh battery cells to our partners in Taiwan.

1. Project Overview: Custom 12.8V 58Ah LiFePO4 Battery Packs

Our Taiwanese customer required a reliable, high-performance power source for their shuttle car fleet. The key challenge was creating a battery system that could operate efficiently in series for higher voltage needs.
Application: Primary power for electric shuttle cars (used in sets of two, connected in series).
Key Customization Features:
Robust Design: Dimensions of 280*97*264mm housed in a durable metallic paint shell.
High-Power Connectivity: Equipped with M8 electrode posts for secure, high-current connections.
Smart Series Capability: Engineered for seamless series connection without the need for additional communication cables, simplifying installation and reducing complexity.
Integrated User Alerts & Monitoring: Includes an on-board buzzer for audible alerts and an external display screen (with a 1-meter cable) for real-time voltage, capacity, and status monitoring.

Performance: Optimized for a charge rate of 0.7C and a discharge rate of 1.0C, balancing fast charging with powerful output.

2. Supplementary Shipment: ER14505M 3.6V 1800mAh Battery Cells

Alongside the large packs, we supplied 100 units of the ER14505M lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) battery cells. These are ideal for long-life, low-power industrial applications.
Specifications: 3.6V, 1800mAh capacity.
Customization: Each cell was fitted with XH2.54 connector terminals on both ends and an 8cm lead wire, fully wrapped in protective shrink film for insulation and safety. This "ready-to-connect" format saves valuable assembly time for our customer.

These products are packed in cartons and protected with foam padding to ensure their safe arrival at their destination.
