The customer’s setup included 16 CA180 cells in total, built into existing battery packs. When one cell began failing, a full pack replacement wasn’t feasible—financially or functionally. He needed a compatible, cost-effective replacement to restore his system without redesigning it entirely.

Since the CA180 model has been discontinued for years, locating reliable replacements required extra effort. Our team searched through legacy inventory, found the necessary cells, and conducted thorough inspections to verify their performance and safety. Transparency was key: we shared all inspection details and only proceeded with shipping after receiving the customer’s explicit approval.
