Customized 48V 100Ah LiFePO₄ Battery Pack and Charger for AGV Application

We recently designed a 48V 100Ah 1P15S LiFePO₄ battery pack for a new client's AGV application and provided a matching charger.

Cell Consistency: Excellent, with a voltage differential within 5mV (0.005V)

Discharge Cut-off Voltage: 37.5V

Max Continuous Charge Current: 50A

Max Continuous Discharge Current: 100A

Communication Interface: RS485, providing real-time data on voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), and temperature.

Integrated Protection Features: Comprehensive safeguards including overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection.

Included Charger Specifications:

Output: 54.75V, 15A

Compatibility: Designed specifically for this battery pack.

Connector: Anderson 50A plug
