6.6kW Charger & 38S BMS for Sri Lanka Customer's Leaf Battery Build

We supplied a 6.6kW RA6P6144 charger and a 38S BMS for our Sri Lanka customer’s first‑generation Nissan Leaf LMO battery project.

The battery modules are lithium manganese oxide (LMO) units originally from the 2011–2017 Nissan Leaf. Each module is built as 2S2P with a maximum voltage of 8.3V. The customer connects 19 of these modules in series for this build, and the center tap on each module will not be used.

For this trial setup, the BMS will remain inactive during charging. The charging cutoff will rely entirely on the maximum voltage protection built into the charger.
The goods have been delivered to the customer’s hotel in Beijing, and he will personally carry them back to Sri Lanka to start his battery testing and integration work.
