RA6P6 series on-board charger is a high-power density, high-efficiency unit specifically designed for new energy vehicles, including pure electric and logistics vehicles utilizing lithium-ion batteries. The module accepts a wide AC input range of 90–265 VAC and provides a fully adjustable DC output voltage.
Utilizing full digital control technology, the charger features flexible and intelligent operation, excellent protective characteristics, and strong system robustness. An embedded microprocessor enables communication with an upper-level monitoring system via a CAN interface, allowing for remote parameter configuration and adjustment.
It incorporates multiple protection functions, including:
Input over-voltage and under-voltage protection
Output over-current and over-voltage protection
Output short-circuit protection
Over-temperature protection
