A new client from the United States recently approached Evlithium with a request for a custom 48V100Ah LiFePO4 battery pack, designed specifically to power aircraft polishing equipment.
As a company dedicated to providing tailored battery solutions, we immediately began working on this project by first confirming all essential electrical parameters and developing a design that also met the client's precise dimensional requirements.
Specification:

After several rounds of adjustments and discussions regarding the battery configuration, the client decided to proceed with an order for 4 units of 48V100Ah battery samples for initial testing and evaluation. Furthermore, understanding the client's need to bypass battery communication to directly control charger behavior, we supplied a programmable 48V25A charger to complement the battery packs.
To meet the client's stringent requirements for cell discharge performance and voltage consistency, we utilized brand-new Grade A 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 cells in the assembly. During comprehensive charge and discharge testing, we meticulously recorded the voltage of each cell within every pack. The results confirmed exceptional uniformity, with cell voltage differentials consistently maintained within 0.005V.

For shipment, all four battery packs were securely packed in wooden cases, with a total gross weight of 240.5 kg. The goods will be transported by sea to a U.S. port, followed by final delivery via truck to the client's designated address. The total estimated transit time is approximately 40 to 45 days.
