100Ah Winston LiFeYPO4 Battery Cells to the US

We have shipped 136 units of Winston WB-LYP100AHA-B 3.3V 100Ah to our client in the United States.

These batteries are intended to supply power for the client’s equipment, and their preliminary plan is to design battery packs in a 1P32S configuration, with 2 of battery packs connected in parallel for operation.

Specification:

To facilitate the client’s connection work, we have provided sufficient connectors and bolt assemblies alongside the batteries.

Furthermore, prior to shipment, all cells underwent rigorous quality inspection and testing to ensure consistent performance across every unit. For reference, partial test data regarding voltage and internal resistance is provided below.

In terms of packaging and shipping, the 136 cells are packed into 8 cartons, which are further secured on a single pallet to guarantee safety during transportation. The total gross weight of the shipment is 569kg, with a total volume of 0.93CBM.

Regarding the transportation process, the goods will first arrive at the port by sea, followed by inland delivery to the client’s address via truck. The total transportation duration is expected to be 38 days.
