2kW On-board Charger & 1.5kW DCDC Converter to Brazil

A long-term repeat client from Brazil has recently placed a new batch of orders for forklift projects. The core goods include 30 pieces of 2kW on-board chargers, which feature 90V-264V wide voltage input and CAN communication function, specially designed for charging 24S 72V lithium iron phosphate battery packs.

To comply with the customer’s customized requirements, we equipped dual-pin terminals for the charger input terminals, while retaining the M8 copper lugs for the output terminals as adopted in previous orders to ensure consistent assembly compatibility.

In addition to the on-board chargers, the customer also added 3 units of 307V/24V 1.5kW DCDC converters to this order to complete the full system configuration.

All goods are packed in 11 cartons with a total gross weight of 173.4 kg. In terms of shipment arrangement, we have delivered all packaged goods to the customer’s designated local agent in accordance with requirements, who will take charge of all subsequent transportation and export procedures.
