A savvy campervan builder in the Netherlands is taking their off-grid power to the next level! We were thrilled to supply the core components for their ambitious project: 8pcs 3.2V 184Ah LiFePO4 Blade Cells.

The goal was to build a high-capacity, flat-pack battery that fits seamlessly into a van layout. Our Blade Cells were the perfect solution. Their compact, rectangular shape is ideal for creating a sleek and space-efficient power pack.
The customer's plan is both simple and powerful. By connecting the 8 cells in a 4S2P configuration (4 in series, 2 sets in parallel), they will create a robust 12V battery system with a massive 368Ah capacity.
This translates to over 5kWh of energy, ready to run everything from induction cooktops to heating systems for extended off-grid journeys.
Here is parameter of this 3.2V 184Ah LiFePO4 Blade Cell:from the parameter, you can see the cell supports discharge at -30¡æ and charge at -20¡æ:

We helped the customer to weld the terminals for easy connection:

To ensure a safe and secure build, their order included binding posts for solid connections and plastic holding parts to keep the cells firmly in place and electrically insulated.

As agreed with the customer, we shipped the battery by sea via special line with DDP service. It took 2months to arrive our customer's side.
