165 Units of 3.2V 184Ah Blade LiFePO4 Battery Cells to Canada

We have successfully shipped 165 units of high-performance 3.2V 184Ah SVOLT Blade cells to a new client in Canada via UPS. According to the customer, these cells will be utilized in the design of small electric vehicles (EVs).

To better support our client’s application needs—especially since they do not have access to laser welding equipment—we pre-welded M6 studs onto both the positive and negative terminals of each battery cell. This ensures easy and secure installation for their projects.

Prior to shipment, all battery cells underwent comprehensive testing to guarantee performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.

For safe transit, each battery was packed securely using customized UN boxes designed to protect the terminals and cells. Each box contains 6 battery cells, with the total shipment comprising 28 boxes. The gross weight of the shipment is 578 kg.

Due to the customer’s urgent requirement, the batteries are being delivered via UPS, with an estimated transit time of 7–9 days.
