500pcs of CALB 3.2V 177Ah LiFePO4 Cells to Australia

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of another order for our long-term Australian client, who has purchased 500 units of CALB 3.2V 177Ah L300F177A LiFePO4 cells for their energy storage and electric vehicle (EV) applications. 

Specification:

As with previous orders, each battery was carefully prepared with M6 bolts welded to the terminals and paired with stainless steel flange nuts for secure and reliable connections.  

Prior to shipment, all batteries underwent rigorous quality testing.

- Capacity: Exceeding 182Ah (above the rated 177Ah specification).  

-Voltage Range: Tightly controlled between 3.262V and 3.273V, ensuring consistency and performance reliability.  

Packaging & Shipping Details:

To guarantee safe transit, the batteries were packed in customized plywood UN boxes that meet seaworthy standards.

The shipment consists of 5 crates (500 cells in total), and the total gross weight is 1800kg.  

The goods will be shipped to the Port of Sydney, with an estimated 17-day voyage time.  

Supporting Documentation & Duty Benefits  

To facilitate smooth customs clearance and cost savings for our client, we have also prepared the China-Australia Certificate of Origin (COO), which will help them qualify for preferential tariff treatment under the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement.
