HiTHIUM Launches ∞Power Flexsso: A 10-Foot Transport-Optimized BESS

10-Foot Transport-Optimized BESS

HiTHIUM, a leading global energy storage manufacturer, has launched the ∞Power Flexsso, a breakthrough 10-foot containerized battery energy storage system (BESS) designed to streamline transportation and compliance in weight-sensitive regions. The product was unveiled at an exclusive launch event in Milan, Italy.

The new BESS is engineered to tackle common logistics challenges—especially in areas with strict road transport rules for hazardous materials (ADR Class 9). Its compact and transport-optimized architecture avoids the need for special permits or extensive disassembly, speeding up deployment while maintaining high energy density and safety.

“The ∞Power Flexsso offers a turnkey solution for project developers and asset owners dealing with complex regulatory and transport constraints,” said Luca Tonini, Senior Director of Global R&D and Product at HiTHIUM. “Its modular, pre-assembled design reduces both risk and installation time.”

Key features of the ∞Power Flexsso include:

  • A 10-foot container design under 26 tons, complying with standard road freight limits.

  • High areal energy density of approximately 423 kWh/m².

  • Multi-level safety protections compliant with UL1973 and IEC 62619.

  • Rapid deployment thanks to factory pre-assembly.

  • Sustainable design featuring recyclable materials and low-noise operation.

Although launched within Italy’s MACSE framework, the system is designed for global use—including Europe, Latin America, and Asia—where space, transport, or hazardous material regulations are barriers to energy storage expansion.

HiTHIUM also offers tailored financing and end-to-end service support to enhance project bankability. First deliveries are planned for Q2 2026.
