São Paulo, Brazil – August 2026 – At South America’s most influential new energy industry gathering, Intersolar South America 2026, Gotion High-Tech has taken center stage with a comprehensive display of its full-scenario new energy solutions. The global smart energy leader is showcasing its technological prowess across large-scale storage, commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage, mobile storage, and heavy-duty truck battery-swapping systems to the South American market.
At this year’s exhibition, Gotion High-Tech is presenting a complete portfolio of energy storage products covering generation-side, grid-side, and user-side applications—demonstrating the company’s end-to-end R&D and manufacturing capabilities from cell to system.
In the large-scale storage segment, Gotion unveiled its Gotion Grid series, featuring 5MWh and 7MWh containerized energy storage systems. The 5MWh system, housed in a standard 20-foot container, strikes an optimal balance between energy density and transport convenience, and has already achieved large-scale deployment across multiple global projects. The 7MWh digital-intelligent storage system integrates AI-driven operational analytics with an intelligent linked thermal management system, maintaining module temperature differentials within 2–3°C and boosting system energy availability by over 3%.
For the commercial and industrial sector, Gotion introduced the Gotion Edge X-261 and Gotion Edge X-522. This fully liquid-cooled series delivers a round-trip efficiency (RTE) exceeding 91%, reduces auxiliary power consumption by 30% compared to conventional air-cooled solutions, and extends equipment service life by 20%. The systems support fast response and black-start capabilities, flexibly adapting to industrial parks, integrated solar-storage-charging applications, and distribution grid scenarios.
Making their South American debut, the GOTION EDGE All-In-One mobile storage-charging outdoor cabinet and the integrated charging-storage unit also drew significant attention. The former can be flexibly deployed in emergency rescue operations, large-scale events, and remote construction sites, providing convenient backup power support. The latter supports DC, AC, and PV input options, adapting to charging scenarios under varying power conditions and enabling rapid charging that delivers over 100 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes.

Addressing the industry challenges of low charging efficiency for electric heavy-duty trucks and the high construction costs of fixed swap stations, Gotion High-Tech is presenting the world's first modular "building-block" charging-swapping system—the "Dianlala" product—making its first appearance in the Americas market. This system utilizes modular design, with each individual battery block delivering 452kWh of capacity. Operable via forklift with a dedicated spreader, the system achieves "five-minute ultra-fast battery swapping" at only one-quarter the construction cost of traditional fixed swap stations.
The solution is widely applicable to electric heavy-duty truck swapping, highway service area recharging, and power supply for mining and remote field sites—truly enabling "batteries that follow the vehicle" to ensure around-the-clock efficient operation for new-energy heavy-duty trucks.

During the exhibition, Gotion High-Tech also premiered the GOTION EDGE All-In-One mobile storage-charging outdoor cabinet for the South American market. Featuring an integrated AC-DC power architecture, it supports both AC and DC multi-mode charging and discharging, cutting operating costs by 70% compared to fuel-based power supply. The unit incorporates active safety systems and smart energy management, enabling cell-level environmental monitoring, multi-tiered fire protection, and intelligent health assessment of equipment status. Its lightweight, compact design ensures flexible mobility and easy transport, while standardized industrial interfaces support plug-and-play operation. Capable of both off-grid and on-grid operation, it can be broadly deployed for electric equipment charging, emergency backup at remote stations, distribution grid management, and integrated wind-solar-storage-charging applications—delivering a reliable and portable mobile storage power solution across multiple industries.
