On November 27, the opening day of AERO Asia 2025 in Zhuhai, CALB Group Co., Ltd. made its debut at the airshow with its flagship high-performance aviation battery system, signing long-term strategic cooperation agreements with Volant Aerotech and EasyFly to jointly explore the boundless potential of low-altitude flight.
CALB’s aviation battery integrates high energy density and safety, meeting aviation-grade safety standards. With a cell energy density of over 360Wh/kg and a system energy density exceeding 270Wh/kg, it supports instantaneous ultra-high power discharge of more than 1500kW. The battery exclusively powers Xpeng Huitian X3-F, and is also equipped in advanced eVTOLs including GAC GOVY Airjet, Volant Aerotech VE25-100 "SKYLAR", and EasyFly EF7.
CALB has launched in-depth cooperation with Volant Aerotech on the VE25-100 "SKYLAR", a high-grade commercial passenger eVTOL. As the world’s largest 6-seat commercial passenger eVTOL by cabin space and load capacity, the model has secured intentional orders for nearly 2,000 units. Its applications cover low-altitude sightseeing, emergency rescue, urban commuting, and intercity transportation, transforming flight from a rare experience to daily commute.
The all-electric lightweight two-seat eVTOL EF7, co-developed by CALB and EasyFly, is designed for scenarios such as low-altitude sightseeing, short-distance commuting, and flight experiences. It boasts advantages including double the endurance, high safety, and easy operation.
CALB will work with low-altitude ecosystem partners to establish and adhere to a unified "aviation-grade" standard and certification system. Leading win-win cooperation with "aviation-quality" safe products, it aims to accelerate the industrialization of the trillion-dollar low-altitude economy and realize the infinite possibilities of low-altitude flight.
