Description

High-temperature lithium thionyl chloride batteries (ER‑S) are ideal for high-power devices used in harsh working conditions involving high shock and severe vibration. With unique high-temperature resistant materials and specialized production technology, these batteries retain outstanding electrical performance at elevated temperatures, and avoid incidents like leakage, bottom bulging, explosion and combustion induced by high-temperature environments, featuring high safety and reliability.

  1. Durability
    Standard voltage is 3.6V, and the operating voltage remains notably stable throughout the entire service life; over 90% of the battery capacity is delivered on a high-voltage plateau where the voltage barely changes.
  2. Reliability
    The inherent low self-discharge characteristic of the lithium thionyl chloride battery system, combined with the hermetically sealed battery welding process, enables lithium thionyl chloride high-temperature batteries to continuously power devices even under extreme conditions (high shock and strong vibration), boasting high reliability.
  3. Wide Operating Temperature Range
    High-temperature batteries are typically used for oil and gas exploration under extreme conditions, and can operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 180°C.
  4. Excellent Safety & Pollution-Free
    It is resistant to high temperatures, shock and vibration, and integrates safety fuses and diodes; it contains no heavy metals like mercury, cadmium or lead, posing no environmental hazards.
