Description

This 51.2V 560Ah LiFePO4 battery pack is applicable both for residentialand energy storage systems, which is assembled with 3.2V 280Ah lithium iron phosphate lifepo4 battery cells in 2P16S configuration, and an intelligent BMS.

Functions

  • Battery Voltage Calculation
     
    • Conduct sampling tests on 32 battery cell voltages.
    • The measurement deviation is ±20mV.
     
  • Battery and Ambient Temperature Detection
     
    • Equipped with 4 battery temperature sensors, 1 ambient temperature sensor, and 1 MOS temperature sensor.
    • The temperature measurement deviation is ±2¡æ.
     
  • Battery Capacity and Cycle Count Management
     
    • The actual capacity is calibrated by completing one full charge-discharge cycle.
    • The remaining battery capacity is monitored with an estimation accuracy deviation within 5%.
    • The charge-discharge cycle duration and full charge-discharge cycle duration are configurable parameters.
     
  • Smart Cell Balancing
     
    • Charging balance and static balance strategies can be flexibly configured.
    • Effectively extends the service life of the battery pack.
     
  • Communication Interface
     
    • PCs or intelligent front-end devices can monitor battery data, control operations, and set parameters via commands such as telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, and remote control.
    • The communication protocol complies with YD/T 1363.3 requirements and supports cascade communication.
     
  • Historical Data Recording, Storage and Reading
     
    • Real-time battery status and alarm information are recorded and saved when battery abnormalities occur.
    • Currently, it can store up to 500 pieces of historical fault data.
     
  • Battery Management System (BMS) Parameter Setting
     
    • Configurable parameters include: cell over-voltage/under-voltage, total battery over-voltage/under-voltage, charge/discharge over-current, battery high/low temperature, battery capacity, working mode, and charge/discharge current limits.
     
  • Working Modes
     
    • The monitoring system supports setting of multiple working modes: charge/discharge current limiting, constant voltage output, direct output, etc.
     
  • Multiple Protection Functions
     
    • Hardware protection, battery protection, high/low temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, etc.
