Description

The 10kw air-cooled vehicle OBC charger is a high-power density, high-efficiency charger specifically developed for new energy vehicles such as lithium battery pure electric logistics vehicles, buses, and engineering machinery. It adopts a modular, standardized, and universal design approach. The charger supports three-phase AC input and offers a fully adjustable DC output voltage range.

The product is designed with fully digital control technology, providing flexible and intelligent control, excellent protection characteristics, and strong system robustness. It comes equipped with a built-in microprocessor that communicates with the monitoring unit. Internal parameters can be set or adjusted via the CAN interface by the superior monitoring unit.

It features multiple protection functions such as input over-voltage/under-voltage protection, output over-current protection, output over-voltage protection, output short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection.

Protection Characteristics
Over/Under Voltage Protection Input over/under voltage shutdown and self-recovery, output over/under voltage shutdown and self-recovery.
Output Reverse Connection and Short Circuit Protection Output short circuit or reverse connection causes shutdown and self-recovery.
