15pcs GBS 3.2V100Ah lifepo4 batteries to Germany

Our German customer purchased 15pcs GBS 3.2V100Ah GBS-LFP100AHA-A lifepo4 batteries from our company.

The batteries are used for Batterie storage system in our house. There are 2x15 pcs of Batteries in serial. 
Our customer shared that The Batterie Pack is now 10 years old. One battery is bad.
All batteries we provided are brand new and grade A.Our battery will last 7-8 years on average.

Usually we provided battery jigs and straps with 4pcs bound together like below picture:

We followed the request from our customer to provide the battery jigs and straps which support 3 packs bound with 5 pcs.

Regarding transportation,our customer decided ship the batteries with DDP service by sea due to he didnt need them urgently.The delivery time will take 2 months arrived.
