EVE LF304 LifePo4 cell to Netherlands

Recently our customer from Netherlands purchased one EVE LF304 3.2V304Ah LifePo4 battery cell from company.

The cell is for replacing broken battery because our customer had an incident with 1 cell. By placing the cell he made short circuit with the alumium housing. The battery collapsed and liquid came out.The cell is damaged and not useful anymore. 
We suggested our customer that new battery will not work with his old batteries well because consistency but he insisted to buy one to start his system.
EVE LF304 3.2V304Ah LifePo4 battery is with 2-M6 threaded holes,here is the dimension:

We packed the cell into carton and protected very well with sponges.

The battery was shipped by air and it will be received soon.
