Customized 25.6V 304Ah LiFePO4 Battery Packs Shipped to Canada

We have completed production and delivered two custom‑built 25.6V 304Ah LiFePO4 battery packs to our Canadian client. This solution is tailor‑made for the customer’s Polaris Ranger EV 48V system to meet vehicle power requirements.

The battery packs adopt stable, long‑life Grade‑A LiFePO4 cells and are fully customized after detailed technical coordination. Custom features include a bottom mounting base with pre‑drilled holes, as well as dual RS485 and CAN communication interfaces for seamless connection with chargers and equipment.

Delivering 250‑300A continuous discharge current and 500‑550A peak discharge current, the packs support high‑power output for electric vehicles. Equipped with a self‑heating BMS and a metal housing with IP65 protection rating, they operate reliably even in harsh outdoor environments. They support series connection and work with a dedicated 3.3 kW high‑efficiency charger.

All battery packs have passed rigorous pre‑shipment tests, including voltage consistency, current performance, communication and waterproof tests, to meet the customer’s technical specifications.

Shipped by sea on DDP terms with shock‑resistant packaging to ensure safety during long‑distance transit. All logistics formalities have been completed, and the customer is expected to receive the batteries in mid‑October.
