Fire-Retardant Insulation Materials and Copper Bars for 768V 314Ah BESS to Italy

We have recently completed the shipment of a full set of supporting accessories for 768V 314Ah energy storage cabinets to our long-term cooperative client in Italy.

The shipment consists of professional fire-retardant insulation materials and customized copper bars, which are applied to the internal assembly of the client’s energy storage cabinet equipment to ensure the safety and stable operation of the energy storage system.

All items are made to the client’s requested dimensions. The shipment includes:

• 1275 pcs 1mm aerogel thermal insulation gaskets
• 54 pcs 1mm mica plates
• 95 pcs 2mm mica plates
• 216 pcs Rogers silicone foam
• 108 pcs 0.76mm insulating paper
• 50 pcs customized rigid copper bars

In terms of logistics arrangement, this batch of accessories has been consolidated and shipped by air freight together with goods from another supplier designated by the client. This combined shipping method optimizes the transportation process and shortens the delivery cycle. The whole air transportation process is efficient and stable, with an estimated delivery time of within one week to reach the client’s designated airport in Italy.
