776pcs CALB L160F100 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 Batteries to Switzerland

In January 2024, the customer placed an order for 120pcs CALB L160F100 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries for testing.After the test was passed, in October 2024, our customer replaced an order for 776 CALB L160F100 batteries.

The batteries are use for autonomus weeding/data collection robots in Europe. The batteries should be in replaceable (up to four parallel connected) compartments (8s) to have a minimum downtime without the need of charging the whole robot.
We tested all the cells before shipping, please see the part of test report for reference as below:

Same as the last order, we provided the customer with CALB 100ah lifepo4 cell with threaded holes, also provided the connectors and bolts for assembly easily, and matched 25pcs long connectors and 25pcs short connectors according to the customer's requirements. In this way, the customer can assemble all cells directly after receiving them, which is very convenient.
Our client would need 7 connectors per battery pack (8s).So in total we provided 679 connectors.

The batteries were packed in dangerous goods cartons, totaling 1870kg and 3.42CBM.As agreed,we shipped the batteries to ZURICH port by sea and are expected to arrive at the destination port in about 50 days.
