51.2V 62AH battery module to USA

Our US client placed an order for 27 units of 51.2V battery packs, which were initially specified to use BYD 69.2Ah cells. Due to unstable supply of the nominated cell, we recommended switching to 62Ah cells to ensure long-term project stability and mitigate supply chain risk—a proposal the client accepted.

While production was initially based on the client's drawings (as provided in the original design), our engineering team issued updated drawings to accommodate the new 62Ah cells. 

All modules have been manufactured using brand-new, Grade-A cells.

To ensure safe transit, each module has been reinforced with an epoxy resin board. 

The shipment is scheduled via ocean freight and is expected to reach the client by mid-December.
