4S-96S Battery Management Systems (BMS) to Russia

We are proud to have supplied our client in Beijing with 65 units advanced 4S-96S Battery Management Systems (BMS) for a significant project with their end-client in Russia.

The systems are configured for a 72S lithium battery setup and feature a common port design.

One master BMS can control 8pcs slave BMS，but now has updated to 16pcs，each slave BMS can manage 12S lithium batteries， which is max 192S.

High Voltage Support: Manages up to 192S (maximum configuration).

Comprehensive Safety: Full protection suite including overcharge/over-discharge, overcurrent, temperature, and differential pressure.

Clear Diagnostics: 3.5-inch IPS color screen + status indicator lights.

Flexible Integration: Choice of same-port or split-port relay schemes.

Multi-Protocol Communication: RS232, TTL, and CAN(only 192S support).

Mobile Control: Android app for Bluetooth monitoring and configuration.

The BMS are packed into cartons and total gross weight is 90kg.
