15ah LiFePO4, 10Ah Sodium-ion and 15Ah LMFP Cylindrical Cells to the UK

We have a customer from the UK who is interested in cylindrical cells. He purchased BYD 4680 3.2V 15Ah lifepo4 cells, 3.0V10Ah 32140 sodium ion cells, and 3.6V 15Ah 33140 LMFP cellsfor a test project, 10 units of each model.

The characteristics of these three cells are:

1. LFP: The Safe, Long-Lasting Champion

✔ Safety First: Exceptional thermal stability (no thermal runaway).
✔ Ultra-Long Life: 2000-6000 cycles, perfect for EVs and energy storage.
⚠ Limits: Lower energy density (~160 Wh/kg), poor cold-weather performance.
Best for: EVs, grid storage, commercial vehicles.

2. Sodium-ion: The Low-Cost, Cold-Resistant Challenger

✔ Winter Warrior: Keeps >80% capacity at -20°C.
✔ Fast-Charging Potential: Higher ion conductivity.
⚠ Limits: Lower energy density (~160 Wh/kg max)
Best for: Low-speed EVs, energy storage, backup power.

3. LMFP: LFP’s High-Energy Upgrade

✔ More Power: 15-20% higher energy density (180-220 Wh/kg) vs. LFP.
✔ Keeps LFP’s Safety: Stable olivine structure, low fire risk.
⚠ Limits: Slightly shorter lifespan (2000-3000 cycles)
Best for: Electric motorcycles, golf carts, three-wheelers and four-wheelers vehicles

Regarding shipping, we pack 30 cells in a box and ship to customers via UPS. It only takes 7-10 days for customers to receive samples.
