Teng detailed BAK's core innovation: full-tab cylindrical technology. Revolutionary structural optimization delivers comprehensive gains: internal resistance reduced by over 80% boosts energy efficiency; temperature rise cut by over 80% significantly enhances safety; cycle life achieves multi-fold improvements, extending usable lifespan.

Safety-wise, unique venting technology enables these cells to pass rigorous tests, achieving "zero thermal spread." Crucially, these gains come without cost penalties. Analysis shows cylindrical cells in the 15-50Ah range offer higher production efficiency, lower manufacturing costs, and superior yield compared to prismatic or pouch alternatives.

Precision Product Matrix Meets Diverse Global Needs

Leveraging this full-tab foundation, BAK developed three large cylindrical products for distinct light mobility segments:

  • PRO-M Series (46-Series): Targets China's cost-sensitive, safety-regulated e-bike market. Supports 25-minute fast charging, exceeds 2000 cycles, and meets all critical GB safety standards (GB43854, GB36672, GB38031) while optimizing cost.

  • High-Performance 33Ah (46-Series): For premium e-motorcycles demanding power and range. Features high-nickel ternary/silicon anode materials and full-tab structure, delivering 275Wh/kg density, 2000+ cycles, ultra-low 0.8mΩ resistance, and 15-minute ultra-fast charging.

  • Value 23Ah (46-Series): For international markets prioritizing cost-effectiveness. Offers 20-minute charging, 2500+ cycles, 20% lower cost than pure ternary systems, excellent low-temperature performance, and maintains "zero thermal spread" safety.
