
BAK Battery has launched the ENDURO S+ commercial and industrial liquid-cooled integrated energy storage cabinet, designed to refresh the energy storage experience with enhanced safety and efficiency. Since 2024, global demand for commercial and industrial energy storage has continued to explode, becoming a new highlight in the sector. Data from the Energy Storage Application Branch of the China Industrial Association of Power Sources shows that in H1 2025, newly installed user-side commercial storage capacity in China reached 1.4GW/3.4GWh, year-on-year growth of 66.10% and 58.39%. The primary demand is expanding from peak-valley arbitrage to multi-dimensional values like emergency backup, energy saving, and cost reduction.
Against this backdrop, BAK Battery's ENDURO S+ system is equipped with self-developed 314Ah large-capacity cells, offering a 10,000-cycle lifespan, 190Wh/kg energy density, 2P high power, over 95% discharge efficiency, and proven safety via nail penetration tests. The ENDURO S+ uses a highly integrated modular design, achieving over 92% system discharge efficiency. A single cabinet provides 261kWh capacity within a 1.3ŠO footprint, saving about 27% space compared to traditional cabinets. It supports flexible expansion and multi-unit parallel connection, adaptable for industrial parks, malls, offices, and charging stations. For safety, it features multi-level fire protection and intelligent 24/7 remote monitoring.
Simultaneously, ENDURO S+ offers both emergency backup and efficiency gains, supporting grid-tied/off-grid modes for uninterrupted power and enabling cost savings through peak shaving and demand management. The system boasts a 15-year lifespan with a cost payback period of 3-4 years. The launch of the ENDURO S+ demonstrates BAK Battery's technical strength in energy storage, providing a safe, efficient, and flexible solution for the market.
