The SHP320 series battery pouch cells, utilizing NMC+ chemistry, deliver industry-leading energy density, high C-rates, and an extended lifespan, while their robust construction ensures safety and consistent performance across diverse applications. With an energy density exceeding 300 Wh/kg and 600 Wh/l, they are ideal for designs where volume, weight, and handling are critical. These cells provide exceptional power output, supporting continuous discharge rates of 7C and pulse discharges up to 10C, making them perfectly suited for high-performance motorcycles and Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs).
Despite their compact design, they offer remarkable longevity, retaining 80% capacity after 800 cycles at 97% depth of discharge—equivalent to approximately 50,000 km for an e-bike or 100,000 km for a motorcycle. In addition, SHP320 cells have passed rigorous tests including overcharge, short circuit, overtemperature, and crush scenarios, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding conditions.
