25.6V 200ah 5Kwh lithium lifepo4 battery system for home ess

This battery system is suitable for household energy storage and small and medium-sized commercial storage. It uses 3.2 V 100Ah lithium lifepo4 battery cells from a 2-in-8 battery module and an intelligent BMS to form a 25.6V 200Ah lithium battery system. The system supports up to 6 groups of batteries in parallel. The system is prohibited from being used in series and mixed with other batteries of different brands and models.

 Function Introduction

• Cell Voltage Monitoring: Measures the voltage of up to 16 battery cells with an accuracy of ±20 mV.
• Temperature Monitoring: Equipped with two battery temperature sensors, one ambient temperature sensor, and one MOS temperature sensor; accuracy of ±2 °C.
• Battery Capacity and Cycle Count: Supports actual capacity calibration through a full charge/discharge cycle. Remaining capacity estimation accuracy is within 5 %. Configurable charge/discharge cycle times and full cycle durations.
• Intelligent Cell Balancing: Flexible charging and static balancing strategies can be set to extend battery service life.
• Communication Interface: Enables remote monitoring and control via PC or intelligent front‑end using telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, and remote control commands. Complies with the YD/T 1363.3 protocol and supports cascade communication.
• Historical Data Logging: Automatically records and saves real‑time battery status and alarm information upon abnormality. Stores up to 500 historical fault records.
• Parameter Configuration: Allows comprehensive BMS parameter settings through the monitoring system, including cell overvoltage/undervoltage thresholds, total battery overvoltage/undervoltage, charge/discharge overcurrent limits, battery high/low temperature thresholds, battery capacity, operating modes, and charge/discharge current limits.
• Operating Modes: Configurable modes include charge/discharge current limiting, constant voltage output, and direct output.
• Protection Functions: Provides multiple protections such as hardware protection, battery protection, high/low temperature protection, and output short circuit protection.
