Model IFP53148115-106Ah is a mass-produced prismatic aluminum-shell LFP power cell, specially developed for electric vehicle (EV) applications, featuring outstanding safety performance, ultra-long cycle life, wide operating temperature range, fast charging compatibility and high energy density.
- Excellent Basic Electrical Performance
It delivers a nominal capacity of 106Ah at 0.33C with a nominal voltage of 3.2V, achieving a gravimetric energy density of 178Wh/kg and volumetric energy density of 375Wh/L. The standard charge-discharge voltage window ranges from 2.5V to 3.65V (the lower discharge limit extends to 2.0V for temperatures ≤0¡æ). The maximum continuous charging rate reaches 3C at 25¡æ, supported by a step fast charging strategy to balance charging speed and cell lifespan. The AC internal resistance ranges from 0.2mΩ to 0.5mΩ at room temperature, while DC resistance is less than 1.0mΩ under 50%SOC & 5C pulse condition, ensuring low voltage drop under high-power output.
- Wide Temperature Adaptability
The charging temperature window covers -20¡æ to 55¡æ, and the discharge range spans -30¡æ to 60¡æ, with 10~35¡æ as the optimal working zone. It retains over 80% of initial capacity even at -30¡æ with mild capacity attenuation at low temperatures. Complete datasets including SOC-OCV curves, AC/DC resistance and pulse power under all temperature & SOC conditions are provided to support vehicle deployment in frigid and high-temperature regions.
- Superior Durability & Long Service Life
It achieves 3000 cycles with ≥80% capacity retention under 1C regular charge-discharge at 25¡æ, and 2000 cycles under 2.5C fast charging. At 45¡æ high temperature, it supports 1500 regular cycles and 1000 fast-charging cycles. The calendar life reaches 10 years when stored at 25¡æ & 50%SOC. Excellent storage stability is guaranteed: the charge retention rate stays above 95% after 28-day storage at 25¡æ, and ≥94% after 7-day high-temperature storage at 55¡æ, with minimal capacity degradation during long-term shelf storage.
- Comprehensive Safety Protection
The cell passes six rigorous safety tests including overcharge, overdischarge, external short circuit, heating, extrusion and thermal cycling without fire or explosion. Multi-level alarm thresholds for voltage and temperature are defined for BMS control. The specified assembly preload pressure is 300±20kgf, the explosion-proof valve opens at 0.9±0.15MPa, and the aluminum cover terminal features a tightening torque of 6N·m and pull-out force ≥800N, providing sufficient safety margin for module assembly.
- Standardized Engineering & Eco-Friendly Design
With overall dimensions of 52.3×149×118.9mm (including terminals), the standardized prismatic aluminum shell is equipped with complete mechanical drawings, welding and assembly constraint parameters. The cell complies with national GB standards and IEC international standards for EV traction batteries, fully meeting EU RoHS and battery directives with restricted hazardous substance limits, enabling standardized integration into vehicle battery packs.
