Description

This product is a full-featured management system supporting 8–16 strings of lithium-ion battery packs. It offers full compatibility with 15-string and 16-string battery packs: users only need to rewire the cell sampling harness to adapt to 15S and 16S configurations, then set the string count and total voltage protection parameters via upper computer software.
The BMS integrates protection and automatic recovery functions including cell overvoltage/undervoltage, pack total overvoltage/undervoltage, charge/discharge overcurrent, over-temperature, low-temperature, and short-circuit protection. It complies with the functional safety requirements specified in IEC62619 and UL1973 certification standards.
It supports precise SOC calculation and SOH health status statistics throughout charging and discharging cycles. Cell voltage balancing is implemented both during charging and standby states. The system communicates with the upper computer via an RS485 interface, enabling parameter configuration and real-time data monitoring through human-machine interaction with dedicated host software.

1. Positive topology

The positive electrode topology is adopted to effectively reduce shallow charge and shallow discharge, and prolong battery life. The negative electrode of the circuit has a common ground, which reduces the interference caused by EMC and MOSFET turn-on and turn-off.

2. Current limit mode

Just a small module for current limitation. The MOS tube synchronous rectification technology is adopted for the current limiting of multiple battery packs with parallel current greater than 50A, which effectively reduces heat generation, improves efficiency, and reduces area in ess bms systems.

3. Cell compensation

In the scenario of battery series and parallel connection and high current, through cell compensation, the mis-opening of the balance caused by the internal resistance pressure difference of the busbar is reduced, and the capacity deviation is reduced. Cell voltage/capacity monitoring is more accurate, effectively extending battery life.

4. AFE sampling protection

AFE protection circuit supports the dislocation and disorder of harness sequence, the reverse of high and low sampling harness, and disconnection protection.
