384pcs 3.2V 200Ah lifepo4 battery to USA

A customer from the USA ordered 384pcs 3.2V 200Ah GBS-LFP200Ah-A Cells recently. 

It is reported that they will need these cells to powered automatic guided vehicles.

According to the customer's requirement, we don't use jigs and straps to bundle 4 cells together. The individual cells and other accessories are provided separately. For the grouping method, they hope we can select 16 cells in one group, and keep them in good consistency, because they will connect 16 cells in series for each battery system. 

Before shipment, we do the quality inspection for all cells. You can find the below test report for two groups for reference.

Regarding shipping, we ship the goods in two batches.

For the first batch, we sent 16 cells to the client's cooperative freight forwarder and they will be responsible for carrying the 16 cells by air, because they want to get these immediately to do the test first.

As for the second batch of 368 cells,  they were packed in 93 cartons with the gross weight of 2,216kg. The cargo was carried by COSCO to ship to the US first, and then it will be picked up by a truck to deliver to the customer's address with door to door service.
