Protection Function

 

Overheat Protection When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 80 °C, the charging current will reduce automatically. When it exceeds 85 °C, the charger shuts down for protection. When the temperature drops, the charger automatically resumes charging.
Short Circuit Protection When the output is short-circuited, the charger will automatically shut down the output. After troubleshooting, the battery can be reconnected to resume charging.
Battery Reverse Connection Protection When the battery is reverse-connected, the internal circuit of the charger will automatically disconnect from the battery. Charging will not occur, and the charger will not be damaged.
Low-voltage & Over-voltage Protection If the input voltage is lower than 90V or higher than 264V, the charger will shut down protectively and automatically resume working when the voltage returns to normal.
Full Automatic Shutdown Automatically shuts down after the battery is fully charged.
Output Over-current Protection Stops the output when the current exceeds +1% of the maximum output current.

Packaging, Transport and Storage

(1) Packaging
The packaging box is marked with the product name, part number, brand, type, production number, and manufacturer’s name. Inside the box, along with the technical documentation, a packing list, quality certificate, and product specifications are included.

(2) Transport
The product is suitable for transportation by road, sea, or air. It must be protected from direct sunlight and moisture, and handled appropriately during transit.

(3) Storage
When not in use, the product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment at a temperature between 5 °C and 40 °C. Do not store together with chemicals, acids, alkalis, or other corrosive substances. Avoid exposure to sunlight, fire, and water.
The storage period is 2 years from the date of manufacture. After this period, the product should still meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
